Front of House Team Member - Feltham, London

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab.

About the Role:

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
  • Ensure that all guest areas are clean, sanitary, and tidy.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Upsell and promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Process sales, provide guests with receipts, and deliver food.
  • Answer the telephone and deal with guest enquiries.
  • Assemble and package orders to brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business volume levels.
  • Knowledge of the menu and allergens.
  • Ability to follow instructions and achieve brand standards.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating the POS system.
