About the Role:

Futures Manufacturing is seeking an experienced PSV Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for attending breakdowns, diagnosing and repairing faults, and carrying out maintenance on public sector vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend breakdowns to diagnose and repair faults when possible
  • Attend customer sites to carry out maintenance on vehicles
  • Removal and refit of equipment
  • Fault finding and repairs on a range of public sector vehicles
  • Upkeep of all associated documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience of fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience servicing a range of PSVs
  • Good level of vehicle and bench fitting skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of vehicle wiring systems
  • Apprentice trained or time served engineer
  • Accurate report writing with computer skills
  • Ability to work safely alone and as part of a team
  • Customer facing skills
