About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Skin + Me. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our ecommerce platform, working closely with our product owners and engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors
  • Design and deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business requirements
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on ecommerce and digital transformation
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences that meet business objectives
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
