Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team at Frasers Group. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centric product experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design of our mobile app, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and traders, to develop and implement design solutions.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in mobile app design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered approach to design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
