Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our Carat team in London. This role will be responsible for delivering innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, working collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in an account management role within the media and advertising industry, with strong marketing, media, and communications knowledge, skills, practices, and frameworks.

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer, along with a range of benefits including company-provided medical healthcare, generous pension provisions, health and wellness benefits, volunteering days, and life assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports Client Director to deliver innovative solutions to client briefs
  • Works collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu
  • Project manages clients' communications plans including timelines and budget
  • Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working
  • Effectively leads and motivates internal team to produce best-in-class work
  • Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients
