The Role

We are looking for a key account consulting anchor to lead sales, delivery, and proposition development. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial development, leadership, and innovation. The role involves providing leadership and direction to capture and sell transformation solutions and services to the relevant market segment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide leadership and direction to capture and sell transformation solutions and services to the relevant market segment.
  2. Accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins for the key account(s) responsible for.
  3. Assume the role of trusted advisor to clients providing guidance in all matters within relevant market segments.
  4. Manage the business opportunities at key accounts to help ensure Infosys Consulting is positioned to capitalise on opportunities by providing high-quality services.
  5. Lead efforts to strengthen Infosys Consulting's position in its largest clients, whilst broadening Infosys Consulting's presence in its other existing clients.
  6. Be responsible for consistent delivery of services, solutions, and products on time and within cost on a best-value basis, and for developing processes that ensure business risks are evaluated, understood and factored into client solutions and services.
  7. Coordinate relationship-building activities with appropriate partners, engagement managers, subject-matter professionals, and other Infosys Consulting personnel on the engagement team(s) in an effort to help ensure they are well advised on important matters.
  8. Assist with proposal development, focusing on the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes.
  9. Provide leadership to subordinate managers, taking an active role in guiding their professional growth and development, through coaching, counselling, performance development and mentoring.

About You

We are looking for a highly commercial individual with a proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, relationships, and involvement in relevant activities, industry conferences, forums, thought leadership articles, etc. They will be comfortable working at senior level within complex organisations, able to build empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers.
