About the Role
">- Lead a team of qualified technicians and manage workshop operations to meet brand standards for quality.
- Allocate work orders and manage technician clocking on/off, and rostering.
- Drive service profitability by ensuring maximum time saved and upsell.
Requirements
">- Strong leadership skills with experience as a Workshop Controller from a franchised dealership.
- Intermediate IT skills with experience in administrating eVHC software.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave and life assurance.
