About the Role

As an Automotive Production Specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of our client's operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and develop documentation processes and tooling, ensuring that all necessary product information is current and readily available.

The successful candidate will have experience working within an Automotive/Manufacturing environment, with a strong background covering Manufacturing Engineering principles, lean experience, and ability to manage CI projects. They will also be able to identify risks, use problem-solving techniques, develop, and safely implement new processes within a production and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure tooling, equipment, and materials through internal purchasing system
  • Document and concepts that include specification of equipment and make recommendations for the technical selection of purchased equipment
  • Introduce lean manufacturing principles to optimize effectiveness of the manufacturing operations

The estimated salary for this position is £Competitive DOE. Benefits include 25 days plus 8 Bank Holidays, Pension, and Location – Andover.
