We are recruiting for a talented Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our client, a renowned automotive manufacturer based in Andover.

This exciting role offers the chance to work on a wide range of cars, including classic, current, and race vehicles, and to be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

  • Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
  • Benefits include 25 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays and a pension scheme

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and improving production processes, as well as experience with BOMs and Change Management processes. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively across teams.
