About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Teacher to lead our school and inspire our students to achieve their full potential. As a Head Teacher, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of teachers and support staff, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring the overall success of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff
  • Develop and implement educational programs
  • Ensure the overall success of the school
  • Manage resources and budgets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the community

Requirements:

  • QTS (or QTLS) and a degree
  • NPQH qualification
  • Substantial leadership and management experience in a SEN school
  • Experience of developing and managing staff teams
  • Recent experience of leading schools through Ofsted inspections and ISS requirements
