Education Leader

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Education Leader to join our team at Kedleston Group. As a Head Teacher, you will be responsible for leading our specialist primary and secondary day school, which supports children with autism and associated needs, social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) and specific learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an innovative and creative curriculum across the school that delivers quality outcomes for all learners.
- Develop and maintain the school's self-evaluation framework, identifying strengths and areas for development.
- Deliver a programme of enrichment opportunities, working in partnership with other agencies to provide for the academic, health, social, emotional and cultural wellbeing of children.
- Foster and role model a culture of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, ensuring every child's needs are met.

Requirements:
- Hold QTS (or QTLS), a degree, and NPQH. (Qualification in SEND education desirable).
- Have substantial, demonstrable leadership and management experience in a SEN school and of developing and managing staff teams.
- Have recent experience of successfully leading schools through Ofsted inspections and ISS requirements.
- Have experience of involvement in school self-evaluation and development planning.
- Be able to commute to Wings School Notts.
