About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Modelling Director to join our UK P&C Consulting Practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with top thought leaders to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for insurers, enabling them to derive real value from capital modelling.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement efficient capital modelling processes that meet business needs
  2. Support C-Suite in gaining valuable insights and benefits from capital modelling
  3. Lead sales activity for Igloo and related technology and consulting solutions
  4. Lead client engagements and build trusted advisor relationships with senior client contacts
  5. Leverage market knowledge to develop innovative solutions for capital modelling and management, collaborating with various teams across WTW
  6. Design sophisticated MI and capital management capabilities
Requirements
  1. Relevant experience in capital modelling/management in an insurance firm or consultancy
  2. Experience in selling consulting and/or technology solutions to insurance firms
  3. Advocate for the use of capital modelling in business and adoption of new techniques
  4. Knowledge of main capital modelling platforms
  5. Experience with Igloo software, preferred
  6. Track record in innovation and creativity delivering realised revenue enhancements
  7. Strong interpersonal and team skills
  8. Self-starter attitude and ability to work in ambiguity
  9. Strong analytical and creative skills
  10. Enjoy training/mentoring junior staff
  11. Ability to see the big picture, leveraging resources of related practices to address clients' business challenges
  12. Availability to travel on an as-needed basis, domestically and internationally
