Capital Markets Director

As a Capital Director within the UK P&C Consulting Practice at WTW, you will work alongside top thought leaders to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for insurers to gain real value from capital modeling. This role involves feeding into business and capital strategy, reinsurance purchase, and portfolio management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement efficient capital modeling processes that respond to business needs.
  • Support C-Suite to gain genuine insight and value from capital modeling.
  • Lead sales activity for Igloo and related technology and consulting solutions.
  • Lead client engagements.
  • Leverage market knowledge to develop cutting-edge solutions for capital modeling and management, collaborating with various teams from across WTW.
  • Design sophisticated MI and capital management capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of capital modeling and its applications in business and capital strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead sales activity and client engagements.
  • Knowledge of Igloo and related technology and consulting solutions.
