About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Surveyor to join our client's insurance claim repairs division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing reports, information, and photos of damage to properties and preparing scopes of work for reinstatement repairs.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a home-based environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of insurance company contracts and develop your career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and analysing reports, information, and photos of damage to properties
  • Preparing and submitting scopes of work for reinstatement repairs
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. surveying, construction management)
  • Experience in desktop surveying or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
