Home Support Specialist

Brunelcare is seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to fill the position of Personal Care Assistant.
This role involves providing tailored support to customers in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity through daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care, which may involve administering medication under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional. We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive training, allowing you to thrive in this rewarding career.
To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding when interacting with clients. Reliable transportation is necessary, given the distance between our customers.
We offer a competitive annual salary of £22,500, along with additional perks like double time on bank holidays, weekend pay (£1 extra per hour), and a mileage allowance of 45p per mile.
