Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to support our production operations. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge in automation, electrical, and mechanical skills, with experience in PLCs (Siemens hardware/software) being beneficial. Familiarity with FMCG, automotive, or manufacturing environments is also essential. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will minimize downtime on critical equipment, enforce company safety policies, and collaborate with operational management to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement efficient maintenance practices to minimize downtime
  • Enforce company safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with operational management and stakeholders
  • Plan and detail maintenance schedules
  • Oversee external contractors
  • Stay informed on technical developments and make recommendations

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in an engineering discipline or relevant experience. A strong understanding of automation, electrical, and mechanical principles is essential, as well as experience working with Siemens PLCs.
