About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Band 6 Chartered Physiotherapist to join our Therapies team at Velindre University NHS Trust. As a member of our Velindre Cancer Centre Therapies Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with cancer and palliative care needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex needs.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices.
Requirements
  • Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Registration with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
  • Evidence of recent study or ongoing professional development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in oncology and palliative care.
