At Cavendish Cleaning Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our management team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our high standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure that cleaning standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervisions: Supervise cleaning staff to ensure that they are performing their duties to the required standard.
  • Setting up new domestic and commercial packages: Set up new cleaning packages for domestic and commercial clients, including creating schedules and allocating staff.
  • Introducing cleaners into cleaning jobs: Introduce new cleaners to cleaning jobs, including providing training and support.
  • Training staff: Provide training and support to cleaning staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
  • Covering our regular cleans when staff are absent: Cover regular cleaning shifts when staff are absent, ensuring that our clients receive the high-quality service they expect.

Requirements:

  • Experience in cleaning and supervisory roles preferred.
  • Driving licence required for this role.

Benefits:

  • Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour.
  • Mileage paid at 0.45 pence per mile.
  • Travel time paid between sites.
  • Bonus scheme.
