The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures, contributing to the airworthiness of our aircraft. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various teams, manage maintenance schedules, and optimise resource allocation to minimize aircraft downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and company procedures to maintain compliance and ensure aircraft airworthiness.

• Collaborate with Operations Controllers, Technical Records, and the Maintenance Team to foster a shared understanding of capabilities and capacities.

• Entry of Technical log utilisation data onto the Maintenance system.

• Conduct weekly reviews of aircraft status reports to ensure compliance with the full maintenance program.

• Identify and schedule provisional maintenance dates for assigned aircraft based on projected utilization, updating the Maintenance Planning Calendar accordingly.

• Assess material requirements against provisional maintenance dates and generate reservations or purchase requisitions for any missing materials.

• Create scheduled maintenance orders for aircraft in accordance with established timelines.

• Review and validate work specifications and maintenance work packages to minimize aircraft downtime during maintenance events.

• Confirm the availability of necessary materials for scheduled maintenance activities on assigned aircraft.

• Ensure that all planning documentation meets the requirements for scheduled maintenance inputs effectively.

• Reset maintenance tasks in MIS

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of EASA regulations relating to Part M and Part 145 Airworthiness and Maintenance requirements.

• Experience with SAP and ERP software, for the use of Technical Records, Planning and Maintenance.

• Must have high computer literacy skills, competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access).
