Aircraft Airworthiness Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Airworthiness Specialist to join our team at CV-Library in Telford, Shropshire. This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary of £25.44 per hour (via umbrella).
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with EASA Part M and Part 145 regulations related to aircraft airworthiness and maintenance. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance Scheduling: Determine provisional maintenance dates based on projected aircraft usage and update the planning calendar accordingly.
- Material Planning: Evaluate material needs for scheduled maintenance and create purchase requisitions or reservations for any missing items.
- Work Order Creation: Generate maintenance orders for scheduled aircraft servicing.
- Aircraft Status Monitoring: Conduct weekly reviews of aircraft status reports to ensure full compliance with the maintenance program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong Regulatory Knowledge: A deep understanding of EASA Part M and Part 145 regulations related to aircraft airworthiness and maintenance.
- Software Proficiency: Experience in using SAP and ERP systems for managing technical records, planning, and maintenance activities.
- Computer Literacy: High proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
