Complex Needs Support Worker

Gray Healthcare is seeking an experienced Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team in the Birmingham / West Midlands area. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with individuals experiencing mental health problems, challenging behaviors, and acquired brain injuries.
About the Role:The primary goal of this role is to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Caseload management of individuals with complex needs
- Building therapeutic relationships with clients to promote trust and understanding
- Ensuring up-to-date risk assessments and recovery plans are in place
- Reporting writing and communication within the wider team
- Accessing supervision as needed
- Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary: £38,000 - £55,000 per annum
