Salary: £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To participate in regular meetings with other members of the MDT
  2. To provide routine information to patients and carers
  3. To communicate effectively with staff and patients
  4. To maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Proven educational standard to GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • IT literate and able to use various applications to support workload
  • Experience of working with adult clients
