Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our team as the Professional Lead of Adult Speech and Language Therapy at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and management to the adult speech and language therapy team, ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practices and innovative service developments. They will also support and supervise junior therapists and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

We offer a competitive salary of £63,000 - £83,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to the adult speech and language therapy team.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • HCPC Registered.
  • Evidence of comprehensive post-graduate training in relevant fields.
  • Leadership and mentoring training.
