Returns Clerk Role

We are looking for a skilled Returns Clerk to support our warehouse operations in key administration areas. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth processing of all site returns and damages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all returns effectively and accurately.
  • Record, investigate, and resolve customer claims, meeting deadlines.
  • Organize and process returns from customers, ensuring stock accuracy.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports for internal and customer use.
  • Process returned stock from receipt to put away, including rework.
  • Ensure returns are received at site and processed according to customer requirements.
  • Advise on quality issues immediately, liaising with the stock team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate expertise in a busy and demanding environment.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, especially at peak periods.
  • Be able to cover other office areas as required.
  • Work to tight deadlines, managing time effectively.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Display excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Have good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Knowledge of Autostore is beneficial.
