Our team is passionate, collaborative, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking a talented Senior Digital Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team, driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.

The Role

As a Senior Digital Analyst, you'll play a critical role in transforming our customer interactions, gaining deeper insights into their digital journeys, and using data to inform product development and business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and iterating our digital tagging framework and data layer to better understand customer behavior and optimize our website.
  • Supporting product teams in making data-driven decisions, measuring project outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges in our digital data, collaborating with colleagues to validate hypotheses and inform new initiatives.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency across all digital data, ensuring robust journey and conversion data.
  • Communicating complex technical information effectively to stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Proven experience in digital analytics, preferably in a fast-paced environment and/or within financial services.
  • Evidence of delivering a tagging implementation to track digital behaviors and using data layers.
  • Experience in data visualization and using BI packages to produce compelling visual outputs.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google BigQuery, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to consult and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
