Our team is passionate, collaborative, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking a talented Senior Digital Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team, driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.

The Role

As a Senior Digital Analyst, you'll play a critical role in transforming our customer interactions, gaining deeper insights into their digital journeys, and using data to inform product development and business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and iterating our digital tagging framework and data layer to better understand customer behavior and optimize our website.
  • Supporting product teams in making data-driven decisions and measuring project outcomes.
  • Identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges in our digital data and collaborating with colleagues to inform new initiatives.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency across all digital data.
  • Communicating complex technical information to stakeholders through engaging presentations and reports.

  • Proven experience in digital analytics, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment and/or within Financial Services.
  • Evidence of delivering a tagging implementation to track digital behaviors and using data layers.
  • Evidence of using digital data within a wider data architecture to produce richer insights.
  • Experience in data visualization and BI packages to produce compelling visual outputs.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google BigQuery, Looker, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative.
