About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) developer to join our team at Syntax Consultancy Limited. As an IAM developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing secure identity management solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IDAM solutions using various technologies such as ForgeRock, RSA, Azure AD, Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk, and IDaaS.
  • Develop and maintain identity integration, provisioning, and workflow components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on IDAM-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IDAM technologies and standards, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in IDAM/IAM technologies, including authentication protocols, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and account lifecycles.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful IDAM/IAM projects in the public, health, financial services, and defence industry sectors.
  • Knowledge of directory configuration and tools, such as Active Directory, eDirectory, and LDAP.
  • Experience with Java application stacks, REST APIs, Linux Virtual Server environments, Cloud (AWS/Azure), IP Networking, DNS certificates, port configuration, and Firewalls.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps teams, Agile, Scrum, BDD, TDD, and Kanban.
