Job Title: Commercial Vice President

Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Vice President to lead finance operations for over 2000 hotels across Europe and North Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4 controllers and provide critical financial insights to drive performance, business transformation, and network growth.
  • Be the Finance Business Partner for the COO Franchised Operations and the Development department.
  • Drive change and improvement on Finance processes and business review practice.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate / Operational Finance.
  • Master's degree in finance or business administration.
  • Expertise in financial systems, processes, and driving change.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
