As a seasoned Social Media Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in working in partnership with our clients to execute and exceed their vision, developing strategies, building trust and working with the internal team to deliver them.

About the Role:

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced content planner who wants to get closer to their clients to help realise their project vision, or an expert account manager who wants to get more involved with their creative side.

You will manage key client accounts, foster strong relationships, and ensure that whenever they think of social media, they think of us. Your strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in account management will be essential in driving client satisfaction and achieving business goals.

About You:
  • Strong social media experience across multiple platforms and audiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully growing client accounts and forging strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that get people excited about our stories.
  • Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to make a positive impact.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience, preferably in a digital agency, familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, and experience with Veeva PromoMats is a plus.

Our goal is to enable better decision-making amongst patients and clinicians, equip medical specialists with digital tools to become better health educators, and make health education more accessible, empathetic and engaging.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in partnership with our clients to execute and exceed their vision, develop strategies, build trust and work with the internal team to deliver them.

What We Offer:

A salary of £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, plus perks and benefits.
