Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Innovation Manager to join our UK-wide Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative projects that drive growth and excellence across our Instant brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercialization of innovation/renovation projects, managing stakeholders and driving results.
  • Develop and deliver projects that include artwork, new technologies, and channel-specific NPD.
  • Deliver against business cases for key projects, driving growth and excellence.
  • Be a brand guardian and champion, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute NPD with excellence.
  • Support Senior Brand Managers and Marketing Manager on range/portfolio management and deployment of NPD.
  • Conduct brand performance tracking, shaping insights and actions for growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Brand building/NPD experience with strong project management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical ability, turning data into insights and actions.
  • Excellent relationship building and cross-functional working skills.

Additional Information:

We offer a hybrid working environment, with 2 days a week in our office in Maidenhead. We are close to the Elizabeth Line and offer free parking. Our office features a L'Or cafe, providing excellent coffee and a great work environment.
