Frankland Automation is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our distribution team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the UK market.

As a Channel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and driving sales directly at our distributors, ensuring they have the tools and motivation to succeed in selling our product. You will also be driving demand directly at the end-user sites, giving a two-pronged approach that keeps you engaged on both sides.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between £50K - £55K, plus bonus, commission, car, and a comprehensive set of benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work from home 3 days per week, with regular training in our office in Northampton.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated multi-year sales success selling through distributors in the UK market.
  • A good understanding of the industrial automation or process instrumentation market.
  • Ideal location within driving distance of Northampton.
  • No sponsorship required for work/live in the UK, with international relocation not available for this position.
