Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits on fire door installations, maintenance, and fire-stopping works to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Directors and project teams to drive improvements and resolve non-conformities.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Background in passive fire safety, including fire doors, fire door maintenance, and fire stopping.
  • Clean DBS and ability to obtain security clearance via DBS Check and filling out necessary security forms.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
  • CSCS card and asbestos awareness certification.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
