Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TPS. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the ASM and TPS Centre Managers to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and secure new customer accounts within your territory, and develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing activity, and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive market and key trends and drivers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum GCSE in Maths and English Language or equivalent.
