Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Helpdesk Engineer to join our team in Huddersfield. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing first- and second-line technical support to customers over the phone;
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows 10 and 11 desktops, Windows and Linux servers;
• Collaborating with colleagues to identify and resolve complex issues;
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions;
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of one year's experience working on a technical helpdesk, a strong proven interest in computer-related activities, and excellent communication skills. Confidence on the phone is essential for this position, which requires working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
