Rail and Construction Engineering Specialist

P+S Personnel is currently recruiting for an Engineering Recruitment Specialist to join our busy Rail / Construction / Civils division.
This role will be joining a warm desk, providing the chance to leverage an established portfolio of agreements related to national projects, thereby contributing to the continued growth of a successful division within P+S.
As the Engineering Recruitment Specialist, the primary focus will be on positions such as Welders, Fabricators, Steel Erectors, and Fitters.
Key Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with extensive industry knowledge and experience that is able to maintain and develop the desk to become their own, with a structured plan of growth and development.
- Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30 am-16:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am-16:00 pm
- Competitive salary with commission structure
