Project Engineer Specialist

Project Scope and Objectives:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project support services to Petrofac, including familiarization with the contract scope and requirements, development and monitoring of the TDR, and review and expedite progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarization with Contract (and project) scope and requirements
- Development and monitoring of the TDR
- Review and expedite progress
- Support engineering leads to deliver
- Provide interface between management and engineering team
- Support for proposals including narrative, background data sourcing and / or CTR writing
- Any other support requested by the PM or EM or corporate line manager
Deliverables:
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing or assisting with the production of the following deliverables / reports:
- Input into and review of:
- Project execution schedule, plan
- Scope of work
- Weekly and monthly report
- Risk and assumptions registers
- TQ and STQ register
- Cost estimate
- Project close-out report
- Attendance at and input to:
- Weekly meetings
- Workshops including HAZOP, constructability, etc.
- Interface and other Client meetings
- Internal project and management meetings
Documents will be checked for quality, completeness, and accuracy to ensure they meet both Petrofac's quality and acceptance criteria and the end client's requirements. Correction and resubmission of deliverables will be required where this is not the case.
