At Orona UK, we're committed to delivering exceptional lift services to our customers. As a Lift Service Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts, escalators, and moving walkways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure our lifts are running efficiently and safely.
  • Respond to lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and get our customers back up and running quickly.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients by meeting agreed response times and providing regular updates to our Service Manager.
  • Solve complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including carrying out basic LG1 examinations.
  • Work independently to problem-solve and identify solutions to ensure our lifts are running at optimal levels.
