Orona, a leading provider of lift solutions, is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in Guildford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal performance and safety of our lifts.
  • Attending lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Building strong relationships with our clients by meeting agreed response times and providing regular updates to the Service Manager.
  • Solving complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including carrying out basic LG1 examinations.
