Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal lift performance
  • Respond promptly to lift breakdown callouts, carrying out minor repairs and resolving issues efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with our clients, meeting agreed response times and providing regular updates to the Service Manager
  • Solve complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations
  • Work independently, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve lift performance
