Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our team at Private Investigator Northumberland. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for participating in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities and contributing to the preparation of preliminary analyses and investment recommendation documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team by carrying out rigorous financial modeling and review of business models;
  • Exhaustively review companies' financial reports, establish comparable data representative of the market, by carrying out a detailed analysis;
  • Systematically carry out in-depth research on the situation and trends related to her/his industry sectors: proactively follow the news and gather information from key sources;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business decisions;
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, ideally within investment banking;
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or accounting is a plus but not necessary;
  • Excellent financial analysis skills, in particular LBO modeling;
  • Excellent proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is needed;
  • French bilingual, spoken and written;
  • Available to travel abroad.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
