Junior Investment Analyst

Mason Blake, a Family Office backed Asset Manager based in London, is seeking a highly skilled Junior Investment Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG Strategies and a passion for sustainable investing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a deep understanding of the rationale behind each investment and identify opportunities to add alpha through strategic trading.
  2. Monitor and manage portfolios to ensure alignment with ESG goals.
  3. Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager, Sales, and IR teams to promote the fund and enhance its market presence.
  4. Work closely with the Portfolio Manager to lead corporate engagement initiatives when necessary.
  5. Coordinate with the compliance, risk, and operations teams on trading matters.
  6. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in equity research, preferably covering industrials, energy, utilities, transport, and infrastructure.
  7. At least 1 year of experience in equity trading.
  8. Strong interest in ESG investing and a commitment to sustainable practices.
