Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Planner to join a dedicated team. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with various departments including Supply Chain, Facilities, Quality, and External Suppliers to manage and control inventory of materials essential for Laboratory Operations and Quality Control release testing.
- Develop and maintain a warehouse inventory system and resupply requirements in line with the production schedule.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure materials are available as per production schedules for quality control release testing.
- Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory and transfer chemicals/consumables to support laboratory operations based on forecast and consumption.
- Support the facilities team in the day-to-day operation of the Milton Park facility.
- Assist with investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls representing Supply Chain.
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
