Role Description: Aspire People is seeking a qualified and experienced Experienced Year 3 Teacher to join our team. This full-time position requires a commitment of 5 days per week, with full teaching responsibilities, including planning, teaching, and marking.

About the Position: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate teacher who has strong communication and organisational skills, as well as a passion for primary education and a commitment to student success. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and inspiring Year 3 students, planning engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum, and promoting student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and inspiring Year 3 students
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Marking and assessing students' work
  • Managing classroom behaviour
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high standards

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in UK schools
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for primary education and a commitment to student success

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £41,000 - £44,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
