A fantastic primary school in Leamington Spa seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.

This is a full-time position, requiring availability for 5 days a week. If you have a passion for supporting children's learning and want to make a positive impact in the classroom, this is an excellent opportunity.

The successful candidate will assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences and provide additional support to students as needed, both individually and in small groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
  • Assisting with student learning and development, both individually and in groups
  • Helping to manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
  • Supporting students with additional needs or learning challenges
  • Assisting with teaching material preparation and resources
  • Monitoring and recording student progress and reporting to the class teacher
  • Building positive relationships with students and staff
Candidate Requirements:
  • UK experience (minimum of 1 year) working as a teaching assistant
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or HLTA qualification
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Information:

£25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

This salary range is estimated based on the UK average for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant position in Leamington Spa.

The actual salary may vary depending on individual circumstances and qualifications.
