Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement innovative education plans for students with complex special needs.
  2. Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support and enhance student outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Has experience teaching students with special educational needs within primary or secondary education settings.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of SEN frameworks, strategies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrates ability to work flexibly and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
