The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, with a proven ability to adapt to the diverse needs of our students. You will be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and access to our on-site fitness centre.
Job Description:
- To teach and inspire our KS1 students, promoting a love of learning and a desire to succeed
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- To contribute to the development of our school's curriculum and assessment policies
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Education or a related field
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Proven teaching experience in a primary school setting
