Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Estate Manager to lead our Estates Department, driving strategic growth and sustainable development. As Head of Estates, you will be responsible for the strategy, operations, and compliance of our estate, ensuring the welfare and safety of our animals, people, and supporters.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, prioritising activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and inspire the Estates staff and managers, setting clear performance standards and targets.
  • Manage the Estates budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with our Farms and Ecology teams to support our Land Management approach, benefiting donkey welfare. You will also contribute to the development of a new estates and sustainability strategy, delivered through a planned programme of works.

Qualifications and Experience

We require a professionally qualified member of RICS or equivalent with a proven track record of senior management experience in large organisation estates. You will have successfully managed complex large-scale projects and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
