Job Summary

As a Care Assistant with North East Community Care Limited, you will be part of a close-knit care team, supporting vulnerable people to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You will also assist with personal care and help clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support with their medication.

Key Responsibilities

* Support clients with daily living tasks, including shopping, meal preparation, and housework* Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting* Help clients manage incontinence and support with medication* Work collaboratively with a close-knit care team to deliver high-quality care* Utilize a mobile care app to reduce paperwork and enhance care delivery* Develop skills and knowledge through ongoing training and support* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
