About the Role

Our client, a distinguished firm acknowledged by The Legal 500, is in search of a Lead Residential Property Solicitor to oversee a team of five junior attorneys. The successful applicant will primarily engage in residential property transactions, with a focus on shared ownership dealings, including purchases, sales, staircasing, and lease extensions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior lawyers.
  • Handle complex residential property matters.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of legal documentation and transactions.
  • Supervise the preparation of inquiries, title reports, and search reports.
  • Conduct transactions with a hands-on approach.
