Job Role: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Caretaker and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Busy Bee Recruitment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks, conducting regular inspections of the premises, and managing the security of the facilities. You will also oversee the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility, performing cleaning tasks and supervising cleaning staff as required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any maintenance needs and address them promptly
• Manage the security of the premises, including locking and unlocking buildings, monitoring access points, and responding to any security issues
• Oversee the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility, performing cleaning tasks and supervising cleaning staff as required
• Communicate effectively with other staff members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks
• Liaise with contractors and maintenance companies when necessary, overseeing the facilitation of events and addressing school requirements

Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
